Fantastic post, JJ. When I crept out of the writing closet three years ago I could have cried with happiness that there were so many people like me. This virtual world we occupy (of necessity becase we are geographically-challenged as a group) is as real to me as my everyday life. I feel genuine elation when someone gets a publishing deal because, for me, the dream that I might, one day, be published creeps a little bit closer.
