Starting the re-write

I've been a bit quiet of late but I can assure you that the writing is still going.  I'm still waiting for things to settle down a bit at work before I start my writing course with The Writers' Bureau.  I just wanted to say that after finishing the first draft of my first novel in October I am now ready to start the rewrite.  It's a long time coming and I'm not going to rush it but the file has been re-opened and it doesn't seem so scary anymore.
